Arena Pong

Arena Pong is a prototype of running the entire backend of a multiplayer pong game on the Supabase platform. Two to eight players defend gates on a circular board, with optional power-ups like wide paddles, shields and multiball.

There is no game server. Players sign in anonymously with Supabase Auth, rooms and match results live in Postgres behind Row Level Security, and Realtime channels carry presence, inputs and game state between browsers. One player's browser hosts the match and runs the physics at 60 Hz. The frontend is strict TypeScript built with Vite, drawing to a Canvas 2D board with no UI framework. The source is on GitHub.
